Here are some quick and easy solutions for you…
Are you not receiving my emails?
Add [email protected] to your contacts list, address book, safe senders list, or whatever “safe email address setting” your email software requires, in order for you to receive your exclusive private list emails.
This should solve the problem.
Search for “Online Heaven” or “[email protected]” in your email inbox
Since you’ve already signed up for the private list, there’s a good chance your private list emails are getting filtered by your email provider.
Please search for “Online Heaven” or “[email protected]” inside your email inbox.
This will help you pinpoint exactly where your private list emails are being sent.
The “Promotions” or “All Mail” tabs sometimes filter private list emails in Gmail!
Unsubscribe from the private list and subscribe again using your same primary email address
As a last resort, you can unsubscribe from the private list, and then join the private list once again using your same primary email address.
You can unsubscribe from the private list by finding one of the emails I sent you from [email protected] and clicking on the “unsubscribe” button inside of the email.
But please remember to join my private email list again using your primary email address.
